Tom is co-founder and Managing Partner of Aqueduct, based in Houston. Prior to starting the firm in early 2006, he was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs & Co., and Regional Manager of their Private Wealth Management group in Houston from 2000 through 2006, where his role was heading their Southwestern business. Tom began his career in finance as a Principal and Investment Professional at Morgan Stanley where from 1993 to 2000 he played a leading role in developing their private client business in Texas and surrounding states. Tom graduated from Stanford University cum laude in 1987, with a BA in Art History and English, and received an MBA from Harvard University in 1993. He has served as a director on several boards including the MD Anderson Cancer Center, the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, the Texas Heart Institute, the Hispanic Scholarship Fund, and the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University.
